Lomongin Abdi

I Love FAWEU and Irish aid, I am so proud to be a beneficiary of FAWEU and to be the luckiest person among those who have completed their secondary and high education under FAWEU scholarship since 2005-2014.  I am honored to be among those who have graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Demography and Reproductive Health of Kyambogo University on Thursday 15th January 2015. This has been very much successful because of all the financial support, mentorship programmes, courage, guidance, love and care I have been receiving from FAWEU under Irish Aid including all staffs for 10 years. I would like to thank those who so generously made the FAWEU Scholarship under Irish Aid available to me and other students who have received this scholarship. Through the support of FAWEU scholarship, I have achieved my academic goals and hope that with my degree, I will be able to make a difference for others in a way as meaningful as the FAWEU Scholarship has for me.

Thank you again. Please pass my gratitude on to all those who so generously supported Karamoja FAWEU students through the existence of this scholarship fund. I look forward to the time that I can help others as you have helped me.

Nakyobe Gertrude

I am Nakyobe Getrude a FAWEU beneficiary under Beautiful World scholarship programme.  I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance of Kyambogo University on Wednesday 14th January 2015. This has all been possible because of the financial support, courage, mentoring, guidance, to mention but a few, that I've received from the forum for African women educationalists - Uganda chapter for the last three years. To FAWE Uganda, I am very grateful and pray that the almighty god continues to bless you abundantly and also to provide you with more funds so that you help as more vulnerable girls as possible.
